01How do the three products differ?

Smoooth helps with dressing, Shyne cares for surface shine and Silico-Away cleans silicone oil. Choose according to your needs; you do not have to use all three every time.

02Can I use these products on every garment material?

No. The products are mainly for latex and rubber garments, with different material restrictions. Use Smoooth only on garments suitable for silicone oil. Shyne contains alcohol and is not recommended for alcohol-sensitive or oil-soluble surfaces. Silico-Away is not recommended for water-based paints or untested coatings. Read the product labels carefully and test first.

03What should I check before using a product for the first time?

Check the garment material, coatings and the manufacturer’s care advice, then test a small, inconspicuous area. Follow the label and avoid contact with eyes. Keep Shyne away from heat and flames.

04Can you deliver to Taiwan or Hong Kong?

Yes. Taiwan offers in-person handover, 7-ELEVEN store-to-store delivery and post. Delivery is also available in Hong Kong; please enquire about the arrangements first.

05What payment methods are available?

In Taiwan, you can pay by bank transfer or LINE Pay. In Hong Kong, payment is in person; online payment is not yet supported.

06Where can I buy SilicoCat in Bangkok?

SilicoCat products are available at Forfun in Bangkok.

07Which regions do the ordering and enquiry forms cover?

The ordering and enquiry forms currently cover Taiwan and Hong Kong. In Thailand, you can buy at Forfun in Bangkok.

08How can I confirm Hong Kong delivery arrangements and shipping costs?
